Here’s an outline of the what to expect at this year’s winter meeting. This is a tentative agenda and subject to change, but we’ll do our best to keep you updated!
Sunday, February 15, 2026
- 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM – Registration
- 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM – Carrier/Vendor breakout session – rotating rooms
- 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM – Networking Reception, Heavy Hors-de oeuvres
Monday, February 16, 2026
- 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM – Breakfast in General Session Room
- 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM – General Session – More info to come soon!
- 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM – Lunch break in the General Session Room
- 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM – Carrier/Vendor breakout session – rotating rooms
- 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM – Round Table exhibits session.
- 6:00 PM – Carrier hosted dinners.

- 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM – Breakfast/State Meetings – Members only
- 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM – Owners only meeting
- Winter Meeting Ends
