KNOXVILLE, TN – JANUARY 26, 2026 – Fortified, a top independent insurance network, is proud to announce the appointment of Tiffany Overlease as Vice President.
As Vice President, Overlease will report directly to CEO Joe Craven and play a key member-centric role on the Fortified leadership team.
Her primary responsibility will be spearheading Fortified’s mission to foster individual relationships with each of their member agencies by providing them with valuable support. This includes learning more about their individual operations, finding ways to streamline business to Fortified’s partner carriers, and offering products and services to improve efficiency.
ABOUT TIFFANY
Tiffany brings 16 years of experience in the insurance industry and a diverse job background that gives her a well-rounded picture of the insurance business. She has served as agency producer, branch manager, carrier field underwriter, marketing representative, and in network leadership positions. Most recently she served as Assistant Vice President for the Alliance Gold Program with the National Big I. Her credentials include Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist (AFIS) and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) professional designations.
Outside of her impressive professional career, Tiffany dedicates her time to her community and family. Tiffany and her husband Matt, owner of a local residential and commercial spraying business, have two children, Brooklyn and Trey. The family is deeply rooted in their community, serving as 4-H leaders, coaches, and church committee members. In their free time, they enjoy hunting and fishing on their family’s farm, cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs and Kansas State Wildcats!
