Submission Requirements:
To ensure timely processing, all new business submissions must include:
• Completed ACORD applications for each line of business requested
• Five years of loss runs plus the current year
• Details of any mitigation efforts for prior losses
• Any additional supporting documentation relevant to the risk (need by date, reason the account is out to market, target premium, etc.)

Incomplete submissions may delay processing. Please ensure all documents are current and accurate.

All policy change requests must be accompanied by a completed ACORD Policy Change Request Form for documentation purposes. Please note that coverage cannot be bound or altered via voicemail. To make any changes to coverage, you must speak directly with one of our licensed professionals.
